Collection / Delivery costs
Collection / delivery charges are calculated in the checkout based on the service ordered and the collection / delivery address.
When we will provide the services
We endeavour to collect all test kits on the day selected by customers via our website. If we are unable to do so, we will collect them the following business day.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control
If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to receive a refund for any service you have paid for but not received. You should contact us on 0800 783 3178 to arrange a refund.
If you are not at home when the product is collected
If no one is available at your address to provide our driver the test kit at the allocated time, we will attempt to contact you to rearrange a suitable collection date or you can contact us on 0800 783 3178 to re-arrange collection. We will provide one further pick up before the services will be deemed complete and any further pick up attempts will need to be booked again via our website.
If you do not re-arrange delivery
If after a failed collection attempt from your address, you do not re-arrange further collection within 24hrs, you will need to call our customer service team on 0800 783 3178 to re-book the service.
